Rich is a seasoned military veteran, retired after 22 years in the United States Army. His military experience includes two tours of combat duty in Vietnam and extensive pilot training duty assignments in the U.S., Vietnam, Germany, and Korea.
Rich has over 30 years extensive business development and program management experience in the Government, Aerospace, and Engineering arenas. His senior leadership has made a significant impact on many key organizations, most notably at Lockheed Martin Corporation and OSI Defense Systems. At OSI as Director of Tactical Training and Simulation Systems, he rapidly increased their market share by delivering FMS contracts in Egypt and Colombia for infantry, air defense, and helicopter training systems and developed the United States Department of Energy Nuclear Protective Force combat training program. Rich has successfully fielded infantry training systems and continuation training programs to more than 30 U.S. nuclear weapons and power generation facilities. He now provides combat training consultation services to the United States Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation.

Services– Mr. Olson has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Chaminade University in Honolulu where he graduated with honors. He is also a graduate of the University of Southern California (USC) Institute of Aerospace Safety and Management and is a qualified Aircraft Accident Investigator. Mr. Olsen resides in the Austin, TX area.

Denise is the
president of Infusion Recruiting Solutions, where she is responsible for guiding the company's strategy and overseeing day-to-day operations. Denise is a seasoned Talent Acquisition executive widely recognized throughout the Southern California Technology and Engineering industry for using her 13- years of recruiting expertise, business knowledge, and people intuition to build successful teams for her clients.
Denise has extensive experience in the technology, engineering, and online marketing arena, especially as it pertains to the placement of Senior to VP level professionals. With more than 13 years in the Hi-Tech Recruiting field and 4 years as a professional licensed clinical therapist, Denise offers a very unique blend of human psychology and trained professional interviewing and screening, a recruitment skill that most recruiting professional’s lack. She has a passion for people and knows how to truly help her clients find the right candidates for the job. Her consultative style helps clients clearly define their needs to promote opportunities that will attract the most appropriate and effective industry professionals.
Since starting Infusion Recruiting Solutions in 1999, Denise and her associates have served many Fortune 500 to start-up clients across multiple industries including Hi-Tech, Telecommunications, Mobility and Wireless, Digital Entertainment, Consumer Electronics, Internet/New Media, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, and Medical Device.
Denise holds a Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Houston and a B.S. in Psychology from Texas A&M, College Station, TX. Denise has been a member of the National Human Resources Association (NHRA), The Orange County Employment Management Association (OCEMA), Octane, TechRanch, Door64, and Tech Biz Connection and several other regional organizations. She is active in several other national business organizations and has been a featured speaker at CafeNet as well as the Saddleback Career Ministry and The Southern California Executives Network.

Terry has over 20 years of experience in Medical Device sales and marketing roles with companies ranging in size from Fortune 500 to venture-backed start-ups. Prior to joining Infusion, Terry led the initial marketing efforts at USGI Medical, a venture start-up pioneering Incisionless Surgery leading to the successful commercialization of the technology. Prior to USGI she was the Vice President of Communications and Urology Marketing at Applied Medical Resources where she managed the launch of six new products – furthering Applied’s position as a leader
in endourology. Earlier in her career Terry held positions at CooperVision Surgical, Allergan Medical Optics and Bausch & Lomb. Her direct industry experience includes ophthalmology, laparoscopic surgery, urology and gastroenterology.
Terry joined Infusion to leverage her extensive industry background and contacts to expand Infusion’s presence in the healthcare arena. Her broad industry experience helps Infusion to identify candidates who meet not only the technical qualifications of the position, but also understand the unique regulations and environment that medical companies operate within.
Terry has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Boston University.
